Just one more for today...I promise...

I went shopping with my newfound friend, Amy and her daughters on Friday. We went to the huge Salvation Army near the Dayton Mall, and a Goodwill a bit further down the road. Among my finds for the day is this object of utter awesomeness:

A Dymo label maker from the 1960s! For 1.99!! I was a bit worried as to whether it worked, but I bought some label tape at WalMart and voila! Score! Something new to add to my "clear tub of joy", for use in my art journaling.

Also discovered that it is much easier to plan a diabolic scheme whilst one sports a mysterious mustache.

3 folks say::

  1. I just love the polka dots and your blog banner. :-)

    and yay for the super cool tool!!! fun stuff!

  2. Thank you! The banner I made, but the polka dots background comes from the "Happy Go Lucky" digital kit from Shabby Princess.

    I know...my hubby had suggested a DYMO label maker when we were at the store and I was picking up more goodies for using in my art journal...and I decided I was already spending way too much at the time. So, it turned out for the best! :D
